  The Workforce Guarantee Program (formerly known as the Ohio Investment in Training Program (OITP)) provides grants for training expenses directly to Ohio companies in targeted industries when companies make investments, which result in the creation or retention of jobs.
• Workforce One of Clermont County
  Wokforce One is Clermont County’s One Stop Employment and Training Center, delivering customized workforce solutions to businesses and assist community members in their job search and skill enhancement.
• Impact Academy
  The Impact Academy is a collaborative effort by multiple high schools, joint vocational schools, and colleges to produce graduates with industry-specific skills that are ready for today’s high-tech work environment. Over 250 students have participated in the program since its inception.
• Third Frontier Internship Program

• Ohio Means Jobs Web Site                                                          OhioMeansJobs.com is a free resource for employers to look for Ohio-based talent, post job opportunities, and integrate employment events into a single, cost free point of contact. Additionally, the web site allows job seekers interested in employment to search all electronic job opportunities which include Ohio employers, national commercial job boards and niche industries.
