Through continued efforts of the Board of Clermont County Commissioners (BCC) and OED, plans for the redevelopment of the former Ford Transmission plant are moving forward.
The BCC has approved a resolution that will help secure financing for the private acquisition of the former Batavia Ford Plant. This is the first in a series of approvals necessary for the proposed issuance of $6,125,000 Ohio Enterprise Bond Funds by the Ohio Department of Development. Read the press release here.
