Batavia, Ohio. Victory Industrial Products has announced plans to build a 70,000 square foot facility in Batavia Township to accommodate their growing business. As part of that growth, the company anticipates making an investment of over $3 million and adding 25 additional employees within the next three years. The expansion plans were announced after the Board of Clermont County Commissioners approved an enterprise zone tax agreement for the facility, between the Board, Victory Industrial Products, and the Batavia Township Trustees.
The company has outgrown its current 20,000 square foot facility on State Route 131 in Milford. The company opted to expand near the Clermont County Airport; the location offers easy access to State Route 32 and I-275 and is some of Clermont County's most attractive available property for industrial development.
"Business retention is very important to our economic development efforts. I am glad to see Victory Industrial thrive in Clermont County," said Commission President Mary Walker.
Victory Industrial Products manufactures accessory equipment and custom enclosures for backup power generators. The company was launched by owners Dale and Bonnie Freeman in their Milford home 20 years ago. The company began manufacturing enclosures for industrial power generators and has since expanded to make accessories and enclosures for back-up generators. These generators supply backup power to large facilities such as malls, grocery stores, and sewage treatment plants.
