The Clermont County Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) meets annually, in person, at the Clermont County Engineer’s Conference Room (2381 Clermont Center Dr, Batavia, OH 45103). The meeting date is typically held during the first week of August and the official date is posted on the Board of County Commissioners Calendar. The Clermont County Auditor’s Office serves as the Chair of the Council, while CED provides administrative and reporting assistance to the Auditor and all jurisdictions with Enterprise Zone, Community Reinvestment Area, and Tax Increment Financing incentives in place.
